Project management

PARAMETRICA LLC will carry out the projects using the “project management” method. Project Manager performs project engineering. The project’s customer or investor delegates the authority to plan, control and coordinate the work of the project participants.

The scope of authority of the engineering company is determined by the contract with the customer or investor.

Engineering includes the development of design estimates, procurement of goods, works and services, control and supervision over the project implementation process, change management and project quality.
Pre-design phase

The main purpose for which pre-design surveys are carried out is to obtain detailed and comprehensive information about the geotechnical conditions of the site area (geodetic, geological, environmental and dendrological conditions).

The pre-design phase also includes the preparation of a topographic map of the site showing the relief in contour lines or heights, as well as existing and newly built underground utilities.

Based on the initial data of the future construction site, our specialists will present options for the project implementation. We will also provide data on additional costs (if any) associated with the relocation of existing networks or the inability to cut down perennial trees, etc.
Design of facilities

PARAMETRICA LLC develops a set of documentation, which includes sketch design, detailed design and design estimates. Based on these documents, an expert opinion is issued, after which the construction, repair or reconstruction of the facility site is carried out.
